Responsibilities
Design and execution of various materials for print and digital collateral
Creation and pitching of concepts to the creative team and internal business partners
Brand adherence, consistency, high quality, and visual appeal of graphics and layouts
On-time project completion, within specified budget, and to the highest standards
Use of a wide range of media and graphic design software
Knowledge maintenance re: the latest graphic design trends, tools, and techniques
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Design/Graphics field or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in demonstrated graphic design
Must be extremely organized with superior attention to detail
Strong demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously to completion, and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong ability to build, maintain, and grow relationships with associates and management across all levels
High integrity and excellent judgment
Team player/ self-starter mentality - collaborative work attitude, comfort with taking initiative
Curiosity and problem-solving ability re: exploration and implementation of new design and workflow solutions
Experience with data visualization
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat
Working knowledge of Microsoft365 applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Exceptional creativity and innovation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
An understanding of the latest trends and tools, and their role within a commercial environment
Professional approach to time, costs, deadlines, and communication
Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work on both Mac and PC platforms
Preferred
Candidates who also possess marketing and advertising strategy skillsets are preferred
Experience with AI tools is a plus
Advertising experience is ideal
