Mid LevelMarlabs is seeking a Product Owner/Service Manager for Lilly's Value and Access department, which focuses on making medicines more affordable and accessible. The role involves service management and product ownership for Lilly's contract management and rebate processing system, requiring quick identification and resolution of process gaps.
Responsibilities
You'll be working with one or more project teams and will working with an array of other team members such as architects, team leads, Product Managers, etc
You'll likely will be working with a team of offshore developers (LCCI - Lilly)
Lilly follows the Agile methodology pretty closely so they'll have daily morning stand ups and art sinks each week
In the weekly meetings, you will indicate the red, yellow, and green lights for what's going smoothly and what needs more attention in order to meet sprint goals
There are typically demos every other week so you can demonstrate what progress the team has made on the project
You'll also have PI Planning every quarter
Lilly is a fast paced environment and being a self-starter is key for these initiatives
You will be expected to execute on projects with little direction and get up to speed quickly while ensuring you're working with all of the necessary people on your projects
Qualification
Required
Data project experience and/or AI projects
Ability to write SQL
Must be a great communicator
Must have slide building experience – must share a PowerPoint example that they've put together
Action oriented
Ability to know best practices in service management
Preferred
Past Lilly experience is a nice to have
