Senior Level, Lead/StaffAddSource is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – Platform Services to lead the design and implementation of modern, enterprise-grade digital platforms in a highly regulated environment. This role involves a mix of architecture, design, and hands-on development, focusing on scalable, event-driven solutions that support complex identity and data models.

Responsibilities
Lead architectural design of the Digital Product Profiles framework, supporting complex, extensible multi-party relationship models
Define service boundaries, integration patterns, and data models across platform services
Act as the primary technical liaison across: Platform Services, Digital Product teams, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Security & Compliance, External vendors (MessageGears, AWS)
Produce high-quality technical artifacts including: Architecture and data flow diagrams, API contracts and integration patterns, Sequence diagrams and service definitions, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
Design solutions for: MessageGears non-member identity integration, AWS Pinpoint phone validation with intelligent caching strategies, HIPAA-compliant ingestion pipelines from Facets claims systems, Event-driven identity propagation across platform services
Design and guide integrations with: MessageGears, AWS Pinpoint, External identity providers
Ensure all solutions meet HIPAA, SOC 2, and internal security standards
Design for: Encryption at rest and in transit, Audit logging and traceability, Least-privilege access and secure IAM patterns
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on architecture, implementation, and best practices
Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making
Build rapid POCs and prototypes to validate architectural approaches before full-scale implementation
Qualification
Required
Microservices development using Go, Python, and/or Node.js
AWS (serverless and container-based platforms)
Kubernetes
Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
Event-driven architecture (messaging, streaming, async patterns)
API Gateway and API design patterns
Service mesh concepts
Engineering degree (BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc)
Preferred
Legacy Java / Spring Boot experience
Technical certifications across multiple technologies are a plus
