Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume corporate and field-based roles
Source and engage candidates for national, multi-state hiring needs
Partner with the recruiting team to support hiring strategy and execution
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
Maintain accurate recruiting data and workflows within the ATS
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruiting
Background recruiting field or skilled labor roles within construction, fiber, or related industries
Experience sourcing and recruiting for national roles
Strong teamwork mindset with a hands-on, flexible approach
Familiarity with ATS systems
