Qualification
Required
Proficient in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
Experience in managing Expense Reports and supporting day-to-day executive operations
Strong Executive Support and task coordination skills
Exceptional Communication skills and ability to establish effective professional relationships
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
