Responsibilities
Brand project coordination: Support timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication for brand initiatives
Asset briefing: Aligning branded education to content needs
Marketing asset management: Organize, track, and distribute brand materials, product images, and campaign assets
Social and digital support: Assist with content planning and community engagement
Event and launch support: Coordinate samples, displays, and logistics for product launches, trade shows, and education events
Vendor coordination: Communicate with printers, designers, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate production
Brand consistency monitoring: Review materials for alignment with brand guidelines and messaging
Reporting and tracking: Maintain spreadsheets, track KPIs, and prepare summaries for leadership
Administrative support: Manage calendars, invoices, purchase orders, and general departmental organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in brand coordination, marketing, beauty, skincare, or related industries
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project‑management tools; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Passion for skincare and aesthetics with an understanding of professional beauty environments
