The role involves working directly with configuration analysts to test critical processes within a financial services platform system, developing an understanding of complex products, and collaborating with business and IT teams on test execution.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth understanding of complex financial services products and business processing
Solve complex problems considering required business functionality, sustainability and scalability of solutions
Develop and maintain validation tools
Collaborate with business and IT teams on test execution
Troubleshoot, debug and fix issues as they arise in lower and production environments
Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders on system functionality
Develop product expertise for all lines of business
Work within an Agile environment focused on product delivery
Communicate effectively with various teams

Required

1-3 years of experience in Development experience – any of the following: SQL, XML, JSON, Java, .Net
1-3 years of experience in Analysis experience – requirements gathering, technical requirements documents, user story creation, 2 week agile sprint basis
1-3 years of VB Testing experience – creating and executing test plans and test scripts
SQL and MS Excel knowledge/experience
Bachelors degree
Must be local to Minneapolis metro
Work authorization: US Citizen or GC holder
W2 hourly only, no C2C

Preferred

Financial services industry experience (a plus, not required)
