Responsibilities
Assisting professional staff in providing services to the children
Shall maintain all records and work closely with other Methodist Foster Care staff
Shall be responsible for maintaining program files
Shall be responsible for filing all reports in the appropriate sections of the files and to help keep records up to date
Receive calls, greet clients and guests and route calls to appropriate destinations
To make copies of forms, applications, and copies of information so there are ample supplies of these
Shall perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Performing other duties as required
