Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture for initiatives spanning loan services automation, call center transformation, and data modernization
Define end-to-end solution designs across CRM/SaaS platforms, integrations, vendor solutions, and legacy/on-prem components
Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to translate service goals into technical requirements, architecture decisions, and delivery plans
Qualification
Required
8 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications and integrations, including 3+ years leading solution architecture/design authority for complex programs
4 years of experience designing solutions across CRM/SaaS platforms (including Salesforce), API integrations, third-party SaaS solutions, and custom/on-premises systems
Strong ability to partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate outcomes into technical requirements, architecture decisions, and delivery plans
Proven success guiding delivery teams through technical design reviews, implementation oversight, and release readiness
Preferred
4 years of producing and maintaining architecture artifacts (current/future state, integration flows, solution options, decision records)
Defining integration patterns and interface requirements; coordinate across internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure interoperability
Lead design reviews and technical governance; ensuring implementation aligns to standards, security expectations, and maintainability goals
Support delivery execution (planning, dependency management, release readiness) and resolve cross-team technical risks
