Responsibilities
Configure, image, and prepare new workstations for employee onboarding
Install and update operating systems, applications, and security tools
Perform basic hardware checks and ensure devices meet company standards
Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and workstation assignments
Collaborate with IT team members to support smooth onboarding processes
Follow documented procedures and contribute to process improvements
Qualification
Required
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of operating systems and computer hardware concepts
Good communication and organizational skills
