Responsibilities
Lead planning activities across the organization
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across a team of roughly ten people
Represent the organization in fiscal planning discussions and ensure alignment with leadership priorities
Track progress, manage accountability, and ensure planning milestones are achieved
Lead or coordinate priority initiatives as needed
Manage work related to new investment planning
Support business requirements development coordination and intake
Facilitate alignment across multiple solution areas
Take full ownership of projects that the core team cannot absorb
Create frameworks that support planning, prioritization, and execution
Prepare executive ready materials, presentations, and written communications
Operate confidently and independently when working with senior leaders
Qualification
Required
Senior level consulting experience
Proven ability to work in fast moving and ambiguous environments
Strong self starter who operates independently with minimal check ins
Experience coordinating complex cross functional workstreams
Ability to drive work to completion without acting as a business manager
Strong presentation skills and polished executive presence
Strong program management and strategic execution background
Ability to write and apply frameworks that support planning and decision making
Ability to work in Pacific Standard Time
