Responsibilities

Partner with peers and leadership to translate strategic objectives into detailed workplans, schedules, and task assignments
Track progress against goals, manage interdependencies, and proactively address risks and roadblocks
Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps
Establish execution governance, cadence, and reporting mechanisms
Produce concise, executive-level updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
Facilitate regular execution reviews, stand-ups, and decision forums
Coordinate delivery of governance materials, stakeholder presentations, and materials for industry groups
Collaborate across internal teams and with third-party partners to ensure aligned execution
Escalate risks to project roadmaps and delivery timelines when necessary
Coach and guide peers while also directly contributing to program deliverables and KPIs

Required

5+ years of project management experience, preferably within Financial Services or a similarly regulated environment
Demonstrated experience leading high-impact initiatives with senior-level stakeholders
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Agile planning and Scrum frameworks
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to focus on what truly matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in executive-facing settings
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Comfort navigating ambiguity, rapidly changing priorities, and competing demands
Proven interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
High integrity and sound judgment, with the discretion to manage sensitive and confidential information
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a matrixed organization
U.S. Citizenship required – no exceptions
