10+ years expTential Solutions is seeking a senior Technology Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level infrastructure initiatives. This role focuses on on-premise data center modernization, cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, and end-of-life platform initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead 2–3 concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery
Manage large-scale initiatives including:
On-prem data center migrations to cloud
Application and platform migrations
Server, database, and infrastructure upgrades
End-of-life (EOL) and retirement initiatives
Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
Partner with infrastructure teams (server, database, cloud, network, security)
Drive stakeholder engagement and align delivery to business objectives
Facilitate status meetings, risk reviews, and executive updates
Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues as needed
Apply PM best practices within a sequential / Waterfall delivery model
Coordinate with vendors and external partners when applicable
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as an IT / Infrastructure Project Manager
Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure projects
Hands-on experience migrating on-prem data centers and platforms to cloud (required)
Strong understanding of: Data centers, Servers, Databases, Enterprise infrastructure platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills
Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
Proficiency with project management tools such as: Microsoft Project, Jira, MS Planner
Preferred
PMP certification
Experience in regulated environments (financial services, government, healthcare)
Exposure to Agile methodologies (Waterfall experience is required)
