Responsibilities
Lead development of generative AI platforms , including foundation models, fine-tuned clinical models, and secure multi-modal LLM architectures
Oversee integration of vision-based prediction systems for diagnostics, adverse event detection, and patient outcome monitoring
Direct design and validation of digital biomarker AI models to support efficacy, toxicity, and behavioral endpoints
Build and manage digital twins of patients, drugs, and drug delivery devices for predictive dosing, stability, and therapeutic outcomes
Implement AI-enabled manufacturing twins for predictive quality, yield optimization, and regulatory compliance
Develop computational modeling frameworks to integrate multi-omics, pharmacokinetics / dynamics, and real-world evidence
Drive AI applications in regulated manufacturing environments , ensuring alignment with FDA, EMA, ICH, and ISO frameworks
Oversee AI/ML validation pipelines for combination products, SaMD (Software as a Medical Device), and manufacturing quality systems
Partner with regulatory, clinical, and quality teams to embed explainability, transparency, and risk-based AI design principles
Advance LLM-based predictive modeling for patient stratification, drug response prediction, and clinician decision support
Design federated learning and privacy-preserving AI frameworks to integrate real-world clinical and patient-generated data
Champion integration of multi-modal AI (text, image, voice, physiological signals) for adaptive precision care
Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, computational modelers, and AI engineers
Partner closely with the Chief Platform Officer, and Regulatory & Quality Officer to align scientific, technical, and compliance goals
Collaborate with external stakeholders (academia, industry, regulators) to influence the future of AI in precision medicine
Qualification
Required
PhD, MD/PhD, or equivalent in Computer Science, AI/ML, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Proven expertise in generative AI, LLMs, computer vision, signal processing, and digital twin development
Experience leading cross-functional, highly technical teams in a scaling startup or innovation-driven enterprise
Excellent communication and strategic leadership skills, with ability to engage investors, regulators, and scientific collaborators
