Responsibilities
Create high‑quality video and digital media content that supports organizational branding and communication goals
Produce and edit video content, still photography, and motion graphics for internal and external audiences
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audiovisual and multimedia equipment
Develop scripts, outlines, and storyboards that align with brand standards and client objectives
Coordinate project timelines, review cycles, and deliverables for internal departments and external partners
Work independently within defined project parameters, applying technical and creative judgment to produce polished multimedia assets
Maintain flexibility in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities with strong organizational and time‑management skills
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Applicants must include evidence of an elevated video product they have produced (a demo reel and/or media samples containing impactful video work shot and edited by the applicant, including a story telling piece for commercial work)
Ability to travel within the entire Novant Health regions
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with other creative professionals/colleagues from across the organization on multi-media production issues and processes; effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide consistent and outstanding customer service
Preferred
5+ years of Videography and video editing
Advanced skills in video editing and animation; extensive knowledge of media formats
Advanced computing skills relating to delivery of media across networks; advanced knowledge of sound, lighting and other equipment related to video production
Extensive knowledge of software used in video editing
