Administrative Specialist V - PEO LS

Responsibilities
Performs active calendar management
Initiates and monitors all schedule/ meeting requests and prioritizing these requests in conjunction with the PEO
Provides information in preparation of scheduled meetings
Prepares official correspondence for the PEO and DPEO signature in accordance with the Department of the Navy Correspondence Manual
Arranges conference calls
Prepares travel arrangements IAW DoD JTR and DTS
Assures discreet handling of all business matters
Provides phone coverage for the PEO LS phone to include those of other PEO Front Office staff if out of office or unavailable
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Successful experience working in a team environment
DoD SECRET Clearance
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years related experience
