Responsibilities
Maintain Quality Assurance department files
Review, scan and file the following documentation:
Device History Records (DHRs)
Production and Quality Assurance logs
Corrective Action/Preventative Action (CAPA)
Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
Material Review Board (MRB)
Product Evaluation forms
Engineering Change Notices (ECNs)
Additional projects & department duties will be assigned
May assist with other departments such as Product Development and Operations
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
At least 1 year experience in an administrative or manufacturing role
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
