Responsibilities
Perform requirements elicitation using behavioral artifacts such as use cases
Support the development and review of interface documents
Develop Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM)
Author and perform formal and informal engineering reviews
Adhere to DOORS processes and procedures
Review the content and details of technical products
Act as a technical interface to MDA working level counterparts as-required
Actively involved in the efforts associated with Agile development including iteration planning
Providing status
Supporting agile team leadership
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship required for consideration
Government security clearance required
Strong background in system engineering
Ability to be flexible to support various tasking on short notice
Experience with requirements elicitation using behavioral artifacts
Support the development and review of interface documents
Experience with system requirements and Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) development
Ability to adhere to DOORS processes and procedures
Experience in reviewing the content and details of technical products
Acting as a technical interface to MDA working level counterparts as required
Involvement in Agile development including iteration planning and providing status
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience with Missile Defense Systems and familiarity with complex Command & Control systems
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Expertise in systems analysis, metric development, and architecture development
Exposure to behavior diagram based requirement decomposition and analysis
Ability to contribute to and lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming)
Ability to author and execute engineering plans within a project environment
