Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of hypercare accounts as the primary escalation contact through the recovery lifecycle
Identify accounts at risk and proactively assess impact to customer satisfaction and brand perception
Coordinate with support engineering product management and analytics teams to drive resolution
Lead technical action planning based on customer reported issues and root cause analysis
Facilitate recurring status meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
Maintain detailed documentation including escalation records action plans and meeting notes
Monitor daily escalated account volumes and report trends and insights
Evaluate deployment readiness and overall product stability for escalated accounts
Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability of the hypercare function
Provide guidance and task delegation to support agents while retaining ownership of deliverables
Support occasional after hours work based on business needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of experience in project management technical account management or escalation focused roles
Hands on experience with network troubleshooting and system integrations
Basic scripting exposure using Linux command line or similar tools
Ability to manage high stakes customer situations with professionalism and urgency
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience working with CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce Jira and Slack
Exposure to enterprise tools and collaboration platforms
Background in networking surveillance systems or enterprise software deployments
Experience supporting customers in a large enterprise environment
