Rental Coordinator
Ken Garff Automotive Group is a unique dealership group aiming to change the automotive industry. They are seeking an Automotive Service Rental Coordinator who will manage rental agreements and assist the service department to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Open & close Rental Agreements
Inspect vehicles as they leave and return
Collect information on any auto claims that arise
Filing all documents for the Rental Office & Service Department
Answer incoming calls and email leads for rentals
Assist service department when needed on calls & customer service
Miscellaneous small duties to assist other departments at the dealership when needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 or more years of previous customer service experience required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and high energy
High School Diploma or equivalent
A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
Preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a dealership service department preferred
High level of customer service and record of customer satisfaction preferred
