Marketing And Business Development Coordinator

LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support a mix of BD, marketing, and client‑focused initiatives for their law firm client. This role provides essential support across proposals, CRM management, events, research, pitch materials, and ongoing departmental operations.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, ensuring high‑quality, on‑brand materials
Maintain attorney bios, practice descriptions, experience lists, and other BD content
Support creation of briefing packets and background materials for meetings, conferences, and client presentations
Help maintain proposal templates, trackers, and department resources
Update and manage CRM records, including contacts, companies, client activity, and mailing lists
Ensure data cleanliness, proper tagging, accurate segmentation, and consistent updates
Generate reports and summaries for BD leadership as needed
Coordinate logistics for client events, sponsorships, and industry‑focused programs
Manage invitation lists, RSVPs, follow‑up tracking, and onsite details
Assist with event‑related materials and post‑event reporting
Conduct research on clients, prospects, industries, and competitors to support BD strategies
Prepare concise research summaries and briefs for pitch preparation and client teams
Assist with maintaining marketing databases, shared folders, and department trackers
Provide support for ongoing marketing campaigns and communication needs when required
Prepare departmental reports, meeting notes, timelines, and follow‑up actions
General administrative and operational support for the BD/Marketing team

Qualification

Required

1–3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or client services within a professional services environment; legal experience strongly preferred
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Strong writing, editing, organizational, and research skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with precision
Highly proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe or Canva is a plus

Legal industry experience is preferred
