Responsibilities
Support the Client Partnerships and Project Management team by setting up tasks, organizing files, and maintaining project schedules
Help coordinate deliverables, client feedback, and internal communication across Creative and Development
Assist with status updates, milestone tracking, and QA to keep projects moving smoothly
Take ownership of smaller projects with guidance on larger efforts
Conduct research, organize data, and assist in the development of strategic plans
Play a key role in day-to-day tasks, support ongoing client initiatives, and gain exposure to agency processes and workflows
Sit in on creative brainstorms, work closely with cross-functional teams, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in advertising
Qualification
Required
Students and recent graduates who want to explore several facets of agency life
Eager to learn about strategy, client management, and project management
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Positive attitude and open to feedback and growth
