Responsibilities

Lead environmental consulting activities across energy generation, transmission, remediation, infrastructure, and industrial portfolios
Maintain executive oversight of NEPA, permitting, environmental compliance, site assessment, remediation, and sustainability initiatives
Drive thoughtful, sustainable growth while preserving the firm’s technical reputation and independence
Act as a senior client-facing executive with energy developers, utilities, and industrial clients
Ensure rigorous quality control, regulatory defensibility, and project performance
Mentor senior technical staff and develop the next generation of environmental leaders
Partner with ownership on strategic planning, hiring decisions, and investment priorities

Required

15+ years in environmental consulting, ideally with energy-sector exposure

Motivated by impact, autonomy, and long-term firm building, not bureaucracy
