They are seeking a full-time Summer Intern for the Capital Projects Department, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in project management, finance, and construction oversight while working closely with engineering and operations staff.

Responsibilities
Candidate must be in the Milwaukee area (on-site role)
Support large-scale development and construction projects by assisting with planning, tracking costs/schedules, managing documentation (RFIs, submittals) coordinating teams (contractors, architects, internal staff), preparing reports, and ensuring compliance, gaining hands-on experience in project management, finance, and construction oversight
Ability to handle administrative tasks, site visits, and utilize project management software
Will work closely with senior staff to learn processes for delivering complex projects on time and budget
Develop clear, concise, and effective memos / presentation materials for management
Work individually and collaboratively with key stakeholders, build the relationship, and contribute to decision making
Participate in cross-functional teams and achieve business objectives
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED is required
Working towards a four year degree and you have Junior or Senior status in a related Engineering Major (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
Ability to apply technical skills to meet project demands
Ability to solve problems independently with some direction
Works effectively in a team environment
Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Preferred
Entry-level experience with reading construction drawings, GIS systems, Adobe Acrobat, and other mapping applications is desirable
3.2 Cumulative G.P.A preferred
Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
