Responsibilities
Lead and provide guidance to field survey and technical staff as they collect and process project data
Review engineering plans and studies prepared by consultants and DOTD staff to ensure compliance with DOTD and federal standards
Prepare drainage studies and reports and conduct hydraulic reviews to support DOTD permit applications
Apply hydraulic design principles and professional judgment to evaluate project-specific conditions
Coordinate with engineering consultants, permit applicants, and the DOTD District Permits Specialist to provide hydraulic and technical expertise
