The Switchboard Operator will operate the hospital switchboard, act as the receptionist, maintain medical record integrity, and perform various clerical duties as assigned.

Operates hospital switchboard and acts as the receptionist at the front door
Provides information needed for the census and statistical reports
Maintains medical record integrity though filing, assembling and retrieving confidential information
Performs various clerical duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Typing skills and computer literacy required
Able to maintain confidentiality is required
Possess knowledge and skills necessary to interact compassionately and appropriately with the mentally ill and their families
Preferred
Previous experience operating switchboard, inputting data into computer and operating other office equipment preferred
