Responsibilities
Assists CES Office personnel by greeting individuals calling in person or by telephone, refers caller to proper persons; gives out information and maintains appointment schedules
Maintains files for office records, forms, and educational and training materials; conducts inventory and orders office supplies and training materials
Operates various office equipment such as personal computers, photocopiers, fax machines and calculators
Calculates, types, posts, and balances standard financial statements, reports, vouchers, requisitions, check requests, journal sheets, inventories, or expense accounts from standard sources making routine mathematical computations and checks for accuracy
Performs related office work as necessary
Operate office computer and types correspondence, newsletters, manuscripts, articles, administrative reports, special events flyers and programs
Receives, reads and routes mail; may compose routine correspondence
Gathers data from files and other office records and prepares reports of a routine nature; makes basic mathematical calculations and tabulations; prepares forms and routine letters relative to information contained in files
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in typing, filing, & computer skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office & QuickBooks
Show high standards of professionalism in personal appearance and work habits
