Client Services Coordinator
PrograMetrix is a performance driven programmatic agency that specializes in managing media planning and campaign management for B2B companies and DTC brands. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will support Client Services Managers by managing client communications and campaign tasks while building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
Assist Sr. Client Service Managers manage and grow YoY a roster of key agency accounts with high customer lifetime value
Assist Client Services Managers in day-to-day client communication, task management of campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and business development responsibilities
Facilitate and manage internal campaign status reports, client meeting agendas and follow-ups
Assist in the creation of (sales) media planning, campaign launches, optimizations and insights and regularly scheduled reports
Maintain accurate records of client-related interactions for future reference
Maintain client feedback and updates by ensuring proper tasks are created and completed
Escalate complaints and issues to relevant departments and track completion
Assist in progress and improvement of campaign related tasks in our project management platform (Wrike)
Attend client meetings, assist with pre and post meeting duties and work cross team for client deliverable completion
Serve as internal lead back-up when necessary
Become proficient on the best practices of The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager & LinkedIn advertising platforms
Work with project management on creating and refining internal processes through project management software to increase team output and efficiency
Offer insights and continual education on data trends, optimizations performed, and strategic recommendations for campaign improvement
Assist in the development of customer success stories in the form of case studies and client testimonials
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of online advertising experience
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and skilled at collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
Experience utilizing project management software and solutions – excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines

Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field from a four-year university
1-2 years of client-facing experience
Proficient in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms
Previous experience in managing campaigns within Google Ads and integrating Google Analytics data to inform and report on campaign performance
