Responsibilities
Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings
Track project deliverables and ensure schedule adherence for the respective tasks
Assist in the coordination of teams and project assignments
Schedule project work, follow ups, and meetings as needed
Develop supporting data in the form of text, tables, charts and spreadsheets for use in technical reports
Manage and maintain project files or data in an organized, secured, and professional manner
Help to drive project deliverables and maintain project timelines, working creatively with management to overcome project obstacles
Maintain and deliver defined deliverables on assigned projects
Track and maintain project contract, preparing and drafting appropriate change and project addendums as needed
Responsible for maintaining and tracking project budget and delivering within scope
Responsible for managing Quest resources in relation to assigned projects and workload; including financial, engineering, and material resources
Become the liaison between the customer and the Quest team regarding assigned projects
Build and maintain professional relationships with end customers and partners to help establish reports and new sales opportunities
Maintain and balance a diverse project and assignment workload
The incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as apparent or assigned
Qualification
Required
5-10 years' experience in project management
Experience with project management within a Managed Services or Professional services organization
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Google Applications
Strong computer knowledge and organizational skills
Positive/ambitious attitude
Enjoy developing relationships and helping businesses meet their Technology needs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree with Major in Business/Management, MIS, or Engineering
Experience managing Infrastructure, Systems Integrations, or Application Development projects
CAPM or PMP certification
