Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions
Guide project teams through all phases of STEP implementation using best practices
Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops
Collaborate with business analysts to design future-state business processes
Define data governance strategies, including policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, and controls
Prepare detailed technical and solution design documentation, including data migration approaches
Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules
Configure, build, and unit test STEP components such as data models, roles, workflows, and portals
Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable MDM solutions
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience implementing Master Data Management solutions
Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM
At least 3–4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM
Proven experience in configuration, integration, and deployment of STEP solutions
Customer-facing experience with strong communication and leadership skills
Experience designing Product, Supplier, and Customer data models
Experience leading cross-functional technical and functional teams
Experience defining data governance frameworks and best practices
Experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade MDM solutions
Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions
