Responsibilities

Assist the sustainability team with special projects that include research on topics, data collection, compiling results, and creating a report of the information developed

Assist in coordinating meetings with internal data owners

Assist with data and document uploads and organizing documents for the new document repository. Assist with community and volunteer events in Rhode Island such as literacy month collections, food insecurity collection, and season of giving

Assist with administrative or clerical tasks as needed for a variety of sustainability projects

Qualification

Required

Must be able to work 24-32 hours per week during the semester

Must have completed at least two years of higher education study or substantial equivalent credit hours

Must have reliable transportation and access to secure internet

Proficient in Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint

Attention to detail is necessary

Analytical, well organized, good communication skills, strong work ethic and strong desire to learn
