The Senior Analyst for the Retail Sales Activation Team is responsible for data analysis and reporting to improve retail activation events, working closely with various teams to provide insights and track performance.

Responsibilities
Leverage multiple data sets to complete post event analysis of retail activation events (display, sampling, resets, etc.)
Provide trend analysis across multiple event types and customer groupings
Develop impactful insights from post events and trend analysis work, suggesting strategic improvements
Share findings with senior internal customers
Provide ad hoc custom analysis supporting customer sales team needs
Provide required inputs for PNC’s category vision, annual sales plan, annual planning, etc
Develop content as needed for the National Sales Meeting, customer meetings, and retail broker partner training seminars
Participate and present as needed at internal and external events
Track projected and actual performance vs. aligned KPI and OGSM metrics
Track and report against actual display shipments vs. forecast
Develop tools to track projected and actual spend vs. the retail activation budget(s)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
+3 years of CPG sales and / or marketing experience or related work
+2 years of analytical experience working with 3rd party consumption and panel data
+2 years of analytical experience working with customer specific data (WM, Kroger, etc.)
Experience developing reporting for senior CPG leadership
Demonstrated understanding of common CPG retail performance metrics
Must be willing to travel 20% of the time
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
Complex multi-data set analysis and integration
Excellent written and presentation skills
Develop fact-based recommendations
Time management and workload prioritization skills
