Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to senior business leaders, driving people strategies that support organizational goals
Lead a team of HR professionals and partner closely with executives to shape workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation
Provide strategic guidance to advance critical work in people strategy, culture and engagement, organizational efficiency, workforce planning, human capital metrics, and succession management
Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring talent solutions support growth, innovation, and operational excellence
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of HR Professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive initiatives related to organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to enhance agility and performance
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards to deliver integrated talent solutions, including succession planning and leadership development
Champion efforts to build a first and best choice culture. Use data and insights to inform engagement strategies and measure impact
Leverage people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Present actionable insights to business leaders and influence decision-making
Ensure HR practices are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards. Complete required education assignments annually. Work toward achieving goals and objectives, and participate in quality improvement initiatives as requested
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Master's degree required in Business or Healthcare Administration or Organizational Development or equivalent
Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, preferably in a large, matrixed environment
Previous experience leading an HRBP team required
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking expertise in organizational development, talent management, and change leadership
Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills
