Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy for Sales and Support technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
Lead the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions into CRM and support platforms to enhance automation and user productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, support, and design) to deliver innovative, scalable solutions
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business outcomes
Establish KPIs and leverage data-driven insights to optimize product performance and inform future roadmap decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum of 7 years in product management, with a strong focus on Sales and Support technologies
Proven experience implementing Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions within enterprise-scale CRM and support systems
Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock, or AWS SageMaker, and ability to integrate these into scalable business solutions
