Responsibilities
Directs the development and implementation of sales strategies, short and long-term plans, and market plan objectives to ensure business goals are achieved
Establishes business objectives for each IHE territory and ensures the successful achievement of sales and customer satisfaction goals within the assigned geographical area
Oversees force management, audit, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
Monitors sales metrics and analyzes performance data for informed decision-making and strategic adjustments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
10+ years of related sales experience
