Responsibilities
Provide AutoTime backend services including (but not limited to):
Supporting technical enablement for shop floor clocks (configuration support and technical troubleshooting; physical install/network readiness is client-owned)
AutoTime security administration, user management, and system administration support
Technical defect reproduction support and coordination of bug resolution activities with client and/or the product vendor as applicable (consistent with client owning product defect resolution under existing support agreements)
Validate and support the time clock technical architecture: connectivity checks, configuration prerequisites, security model alignment, and backend configuration requirements for Oakville deployment
Support AutoTime technical readiness for SIT/UAT:
Ensure environments are stable for testing cycles
Assist in diagnosing integration issues where symptoms appear in AutoTime (logs, transactions, technical settings) and coordinate with SAP PI/ABAP teams for SAP-side resolution
Support execution of project phases where clock operations are explicitly required:
Build/configure the time clock AutoTime backend solution
Test and verify operations of AutoTime clocks
Remediate time clock failures discovered during SIT/UAT and mock cutover rehearsal cycles
Produce and maintain technical documentation and handoff artifacts:
AutoTime operational runbooks, admin procedures, clock troubleshooting guides, and hypercare support playbooks for transition to steady-state
Provide cutover/hypercare technical support for AutoTime platform stability, including rapid triage, stabilization actions, and contribution to hypercare defect closure evidence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on AutoTime technical / system administration experience (backend configuration, security/user admin, operational support)
Experience supporting shop floor clock enablement and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated experience supporting SIT/UAT and go-live stabilization (rapid triage, log-based diagnosis, defect reproduction and verification)
Strong collaboration skills with SAP technical teams (PI/ABAP) and functional leads to resolve end-to-end issues efficiently
Preferred
Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive manufacturing environments where evidence, controls, and traceability matter
Familiarity with SAP–timekeeping/labor integrations and common integration failure modes in shop floor deployments
Experience supporting phased or restart implementations and operating within formal change control and readiness-gate models
Benefits
