Responsibilities
Supporting assigned Attorneys and Partners with administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Scheduling appointments with colleagues and clients
Drafting and sending documents, including service contracts
Updating the firm's CRM platform consistently when taking any action related to a case
Organizing and distributing Attorneys' mail to the appropriate Legal team members
Working on special administrative projects, including presentations, as directed by the Attorneys
Performing thorough and accurate document management and data entry
Tending to other projects, including possible casework, as directed by a Partner and based on the needs of the firm
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with good academic record
At least 2 years of administrative experience required
Excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially relating to email communication in a professional work environment
Ability to implement and maintain organizational systems consistently
Demonstrated computer skills
Fast learner
