Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end production of digital projects including interactive experiences, motion graphics, and video content
Translate client goals into actionable project plans, clear timelines, and deliverable checklists
Manage both internal and external teams across software development, animation, editing, and live event integration
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication and creative problem-solving
Oversee project budgets, scopes, and schedules to ensure deadline and financial success
Drive creative and technical reviews with the team, providing feedback that elevates quality and maintains strategic focus
Collaborate with event producers, technical leads, artists, and programmers to tie digital content seamlessly into live production
Identify risks and troubleshoot production challenges as they arise
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the media team
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in digital production, ideally within an agency or production company setting
Proven track record managing complex digital projects with moving parts (motion graphics, video, interactive platforms)
Expertise with creative software, digital production tools, and production workflows
Solid understanding of software development terminology and processes
Exceptional organizational and communication skills; experience interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders alike
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and inspire creative thinking under pressure
Preferred
Passion for storytelling and delivering high-impact visual experiences
Background in live events or event technology
Mastery of project management platforms and AV or creative tech tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Adobe, PowerPoint, Keynote)
