Responsibilities

Required

6+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in highly analytical, data-driven environments (e.g., Entertainment, Consumer Insights, Consulting, or Investment Banking)
Entertainment Expertise: At least 2 years of direct experience within a major studio, streaming platform, or theatrical marketing agency
Secondary Research Mastery: You are an expert in secondary research and social intelligence (please note: this is not a Data Science or Primary Research role)
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with social listening and audience intelligence platforms (e.g., Talkwalker, ListenFirst, Affinio/Audiense, Brandwatch, Sprinklr)
Global Scale: Demonstrated ability to lead and execute analytics projects across both U.S. and international markets
Soft Skills & Professional Profile
Strategic Thinker: You don't just report numbers; you prioritize what matters and explain the 'why' behind the data
Narrative Builder: You have a passion for storytelling through data and can communicate findings to non-technical audiences effectively
Fast-Paced Fluency: Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive impact in a matrixed, high-pressure environment

Preferred
