Responsibilities
Coordinate tennis lessons, leagues, tournaments, and special events
Supervise and support tennis instructors and staff, including scheduling
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for staff issues and program needs
Visit program sites, provide guidance, and support staff during sessions
Complete reports, evaluations, and end-of-season summaries while planning for future programs
Qualification
Required
One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or equivalent experience
One or more years of related experience in recreation, athletics, or youth programming
Reliable transportation and valid Indiana Driver's License if using a City vehicle
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with children ages 18 months–12 years
Confident problem-solver who can step in when needed
Dependable through full program completion
