Responsibilities

Contribute to the architecture and development of our Content Policy Platform, a high-throughput service handling millions of requests per second for content access decisions across the Roblox platform
Work hand-in-hand with ML engineers, directly contributing to the development, productionization, and ongoing enhancement of machine learning models. These models play a critical role in automatically reviewing Content Maturity questionnaires and detecting regional policy violations at scale across millions of experiences
Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high quality, reliability, and scalability

Required

5+ years building highly available, large-scale distributed backend systems
5+ years delivering and maintaining production software for large-scale applications
Proficiency in Go, Java, C#, or similar OOP languages with strong design principles
Excellent cross-team collaborator with a drive to complete projects
Curiosity and are proactive in learning new technologies and growing technical skills
Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
