Responsibilities
Coordinating and supporting the provider enrollment efforts for contracted providers
Preparing, maintaining and monitoring provider enrollments and ensuring continued enrollment status is in good standing
Maintaining continuing education in order to resolve complex provider enrollment issues
Fostering good working relationships with providers, payors, staff and other departments
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
3 years of provider enrollment experience required
