Research Assistant 1
OHSU School of Dentistry is seeking a Research Assistant 1 to support the Oregon Health Authority's outreach evaluation for farmworkers. The role involves coordinating logistics, data collection, and participating in data analysis while working under the supervision of the principal investigator.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of IRB protocol. Including: reviewing and contributing to focus group and interview guides, translation, preparing study flyers, responding to questions from the IRB
Communicate via email and/or whatsapp/text with OHA and community partners to schedule focus groups and interviews
Conduct focus groups on-site or remotely, depending on community partner preference. Conduct one-on-one interviews remotely. Ensure that data are recorded and secure
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate student
2 or more years of public health research experience
Experience with literature review, IRB, data collection, storage, and entry
Experience building research collaborations with government and/or community partners
Bi-cultural (member of Mexican, Latia American, or farmworker community)
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
