Responsibilities
Pull reports to monitor team member's performance and provide coaching to improve productivity, quality, and safety outputs
Support and communicate development programs, procedures and company values to provide a positive, supportive and productive work environment
Assist the Area Manager in setting up the daily/weekly job assignments of the team members. Will facilitate the movement of team members throughout their shift to meet needs
Analyze deficiencies and develop plans to correct
Qualification
Required
Subject matter expert in fulfillment center processes; Able to use material handling equipment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with Excel
May work flex schedule to meet our needs
