Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and other GTM systems
Oversee campaign setup, execution, and reporting to ensure timely delivery, accurate tracking, and performance optimization
Own the lead lifecycle, including lead scoring, routing, and funnel hygiene in partnership with Sales and RevOps
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and funnel conversion metrics
Ensure data quality, compliance, and enrichment across marketing and GTM systems
Partner with GTM Operations to identify opportunities for workflow automation, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment
Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies that enhance productivity, targeting, and attribution accuracy
Manage relationships with technology vendors, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to execute projects on time and within scope
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations or related GTM Operations roles within SaaS or B2B technology companies
Strong hands-on experience with Marketo (or similar automation tools) and Salesforce CRM
Proven success improving funnel performance and driving operational efficiencies across marketing and sales teams
Deep understanding of lead management, data operations, campaign measurement, and attribution models
Proficient in data visualization and analytics (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
Excellent project management skills; able to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience working in DevOps, SaaS, or high-growth B2B technology environments
Familiarity with sales/marketing alignment frameworks (e.g., MQL/SQL lifecycle, funnel modeling)
Comfort working in a matrixed, remote-first organization
