Responsibilities
Lead and support counter and yard teams to deliver top-tier customer service
Oversee rental operations: reservations, dispatch, deliveries, and fleet organization
Drive sales and revenue growth through rentals, merchandise, and strong customer relationships
Hire, train, and mentor staff-building tomorrow's leaders
Maintain showroom and counter presence that represents the Midway brand
Step in at other locations as needed to cover Store Manager roles-building your management toolkit
Partner with Store and Regional Managers on projects that set you up for your next role
Qualification
Required
Energetic, adventurous, and motivated Rental Manager
Passionate about leadership
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the equipment rental or related industry preferred
Natural leader who thrives in hands-on daily operations
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with solid computer skills

Willingness to travel and relocate within the state when promoted
