Responsibilities
Own client relationships and serve as the main point of contact post-onboarding
Build trusted relationships with HR teams and senior stakeholders
Lead strategic planning and deliver impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Proactively identify risks and opportunities to drive retention and expansion
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Use data and insights to inform client strategy and showcase ongoing value
Act as escalation lead when needed, ensuring quick and effective resolution
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of CSM experience in B2B/B2B2C SaaS or fintech
Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Data-driven, with experience in identifying insights and trends
Confident presenter with the ability to influence across all levels
Preferred
Background in working with HR or employer organizations is a plus
