Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations (revenue, AP/AR & accruals, R&D, CapEx, OpEx, GL)
Lead monthly/semi‑annual/annual close & reporting; ensure GAAP and policy compliance
Support treasury and cash management activities
Create and implement standardized workflows to streamline accounting operations
Assist with budgeting/forecasting and related analysis
Coordinate responses for external audits and reviews
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting and tax filings
Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team (hiring, training, evaluations)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
6–8 years of accounting experience with 3+ years of people leadership
Excellent written/verbal communication; highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential matters with discretion
Process‑improvement mindset and collaborative leadership style
Preferred
CPA not required; Big 4 experience preferred
Exposure to taxation preferred
