Required
3-6 years of significant insurance coverage litigation experience
Experience litigating first-party insurance claims, with an emphasis on breach of contract and bad faith claims
Managing all aspects of litigation, such as taking and defending depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions
Active participation in expert inspections and the preparation and review of expert reports
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Texas Bar required
