Support all phases of development, from due diligence and entitlements through execution
Partner with finance teams on business plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Track project performance, identify risks, and support corrective actions
Assist sales teams with offer evaluation and commercial strategy
Coordinate across development, operations, sales, and finance teams
Prepare executive- and investor-facing reporting and materials
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years in real estate private equity, development, or a related investment role
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel and PowerPoint required)
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Clear communicator, highly organized, and execution-oriented
Willingness to travel extensively and spend meaningful time onsite internationally
